Application Process > LeaP Selection Criteria

Leadership Pensacola participants are selected by members of the LeaP Selection Committee, which is composed of program graduates and community representatives.

Criteria for selection includes:

• A history of involvement or a strong desire to become actively involved in the community
• A willingness to serve the Pensacola Bay Area community following graduation by assuming greater leadership responsibilities within civic, charitable, and community organizations
• A desire to remain in the Pensacola Bay Area
• A commitment to program attendance and participation requirements

Selection is based solely on an applicant's merit from the information provided in the application.
